As the following article from the Geelong Advertiser
on April 12th 2013 shows Planning Minister Matthew Guy was in Geelong to
announce the gazetting of the Armstrong Creek West Precinct Structure Plan at
Mt Duneed.
What better way to launch a new housing estate than

Lucky for the event organizers Magic in the Middle
had made the bow virtually all weather proof as the rain poured down while the
set up took place…but true to Victorian weather it fined up just in time for
the ceremony.
